According to different materials, the main machine of extruder can use exhausting or not exhausting single screw, parallel twin screw and conical twin screw type to be suitable for manufacturing a variety of plastic sheet. The screw is designed as special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity, so that it has excellent plasticization and stable extrusion. Multiform screen changer can be optional, like hydraulic pressure one-way hydraulic pressure two-way and non-stop double flow. The die adopts double throttling design, making the sheet thickness adjustment more accurate. According to the sheet thickness, the calender has three types of roll arrangement which is horizontal, vertical, tilting and two kinds of lifting method which is hydraulic pressure, mechanical. The roll gap adjustment is convenient, to ensure the sheet uniform thickness and calendering effect. Equipped with the corresponding cooling guide roller makes the cooling effect better. Moreover,the trimming device guarantees the requirement of sheet width. The crosswise cutting synchronizes with sheet extrusion, which ensures the cutting quality and stable operation for a long time
